Eligibility for Return

- Returns are accepted within 7 or 15 days from the date of delivery.

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags, certification, and packaging intact.

- Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process

Initiate Return: Contact us immediately at avtarjewels@gmail.com or call +91 97797-47377 with your order number and reason for return.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item at Clock Tower, Kashmiri Bazar , Hoshiarpur - 146001, it will be inspected for quality and condition.

Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds

- Refunds will cover the full price of the product but may exclude initial shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

- The processing time for a refund to reflect in your account can vary depending on your bank, but typically takes 5-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
